Delete your Hygieniapassi Tutor account.

01In the app

• 1Open Hygieniapassi Tutor and sign in.
• 2Open the menu (☰) and choose Profile.
• 3Under Account, tap Delete account.
• 4Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

02Without the app

Email info@kumakart.com with the subject Delete account. Write from the address your account uses, or tell us which address it is.

To protect your account, we reply to the account's email address and delete it once you confirm from that inbox. Your account is deleted within 30 days of your request, and we let you know when it is done.

03What is deleted

• →Your account: email address, sign-in details and account identifier.
• →Study progress saved to your account.
• →Your Premium entitlement and our record of your purchases, including the purchase records held for us by RevenueCat.
• →Promo codes you have redeemed.
• →Usage analytics linked to your account (PostHog).

04What is kept

• →Store order records. Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of your purchases under their own privacy policies. We cannot delete those.
• →Crash reports. These are not linked to your account, so they cannot be found by it. They are deleted automatically after the retention period.
• →Data on your device. Progress stored in the app on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

05Never created an account?

Then there is no account to delete. The app uses a random anonymous identifier that contains no name or email address, and your study progress stays on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it from your phone.

If you bought Premium on iPhone without an account, the purchase is recorded against that anonymous identifier on our server. To have it deleted, email info@kumakart.com with the order ID from Apple's receipt email and we will find and delete it.
